Workshops

All tools and materials provided. The price also includes 2 kiln firings, application of transparent glaze by Anaïck. 

After the workshop, we will carefully dry your finished dish, fire it in the kiln, apply transparent glaze and fire your dish a second time.

You may wish to attend a subsequent glazing workshop to enjoy a full pottery experience and may discuss this during your first visit at the studio.

For economical and environmental reasons, delivery time for your finished pot will depend on how quickly we make enough other pieces to fill our kiln fully. This usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, sometimes a little longer.

You can then come and collect your pot(s) or I can send them to you (p&p will incur an extra cost of £8 to £10).

It is understood that every care will be taken when handling your creations but that it is also the nature of ceramics to possibly chip, crack or break at any time in the making process. There will be no financial or material reimbursement in case this case.

Non-refundable deposit of £14 to secure your place.The remaining fees must be paid on the day.

If you book your workshop via our website, the non-refundable deposit is include in the full price.

Cancelling your workshop:

There is a £14 non-refundable deposit to secure each place on any of our workshops and classes. All online our workshops tariffs include a £14 non-refundable deposit. 

You can transfer this deposit or your online booking once to any other identical workshop if you cancel your workshop at least 48 hours before it is due to start.

It is possible to cancel your booking with financial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit of £14) up to 48 hours before your start time of your workshop.

Cancellations received within 48 hours are non refundable.

It is possible to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your start time. Simply email us via the ‘Contact’ tab and we will work out a solution together.

You can reschedule your booking once only.

We do not refund or reschedule ‘no-shows’

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your workshop, we will contact you as soon as possible to either rearrange it at another time or for a full refund.

Booking a private workshop:

Workshop are also available as a private lessons of 2 or 3 hours for which you can choose a day and time of your convenience, depending on availability of course.

For a 2 hours private lesson tariffs depend on the number of people attending the lesson: starting at £45 per person if 3 people book together, £50 per person if 2 people book together and £60 for a one to one lesson.

For a 3 hours private lesson tariffs depend on the number of people attending the lesson: starting at £60 per person if 3 people book together, £65 per person if 2 people book together and £80 for a one to one lesson.
