FAQs

  1. Where is the Happy Studio?                                                                                                       The Happy You And Mee studio is situated on Weston Street, DT5 2DG, Portland, Dorset. For security reasons, you will receive the exact address in your confirmation email once you have completed the purchase of a workshop or a memberships to the Clay Club.                        .
  2. When should I arrive to my workshop?

Please arrange to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the starting time of your workshop to allow me time to set up properly.

  3. Where can I park?

There are usually free parking places nearby on Weston Street.

  4. Is the studio accessible?

The studio is partly accessible for wheelchair users.

In summer, we do workshops under the garden canopy which is fully accessible from the street, with no steps, for wheelchair users.

In winter we have to retreat to the cosiness of the studio which has one step at the threshold. Light wheelchair users have found it reasonable to be helped over the step in the past. The decision is entirely yours and we strongly advise a free visit to the studio if you are concerned about access. Just use the ‘contact’ tab to book your visit via email.

Unfortunately, there is no accessible toilet on site.

  5. Is there a toilet?

There is a toilet which is situated at the top of a steep set of stairs.

  6. Can I bring my dog?

If you know that your dog will be able to settle and let you enjoy your workshop fully, yes, of course. Make sure that you let us know  that you intend to bring your dog with you as soon as you book your workshop so we can avoid having several furry visitors at the same time. If your dog isn’t able to settle and let the workshop progress normally, we reserve the right to ask you to remove it from the situation.
